When submitting your service hours, please follow these steps:

   1. Submit photo proof to swcta.kc.sec@gmail.com.

   2. Complete the Community Service Hour Form by clicking the button under "Submit Your Hours". 

   3. You will receive a conformation email from your Secretary Jonathan when your hours have been updated.

Remember, a minimum of 40 service hours is required to become an inducted member!
